Brief: These apartments sold off the plans in record time no doubt assisted by these 3d perspectives. Attention was paid to the unique brick type chosen. This choice gives a distinctive look to the development.

Brief: Caireal Mór Residential Development, Castlegar, is under construction on the edge of Galway on the Headford Rd. These are luxury dwellings and the visuals had to portray this. The development utilizes natural local stone and I was required pay particular attention the soft landscaping by including an array of trees and flower bed, climbers etc.

Brief: These images were commissioned for public display. Included is an internal 3D, this helps to Illustrate the natural light that floods into the mall from above the shoppers.

Brief: This is another luxury development from the Kenny Group. The amount of green area in this development is illustrated in some of the images. You can also view 3d internal images from this development.

Brief: My client was keen to illustrate how this existing home could be developed. The home is set on a magnificent site close to the shoreline near furbo, Co. Galway. A set of photographs were shot and a proposed redevelopment of the home was inserted into the shots giving the viewer an insight into the kind of vista one could expect to view from the property. Not much 3d or post editing work was required for landscaping as the site was already abundant with natural beauty.

Brief: Before the main ground level and Aerial views were decided upon the client requested to see a number of different colour options. In this project you can see the results. This is a handy tool for the client and can be quickly and economically achieved.

Brief: 3d Graphic House Ltd were approached by Ryan Design Ltd to produce 2 photomontages. These would help to illustrate site and its relationship with its immediate surroundings and also to illustrate how the proposed development would impact on those surroundings The site is located in the heart of Kilkenny City.

Brief: 3d Graphic House Ltd. were asked to produce 2 photomontage views of this proposed development. One view on from each approach to the site. This was a second phase proposed construction.

Brief: These are images of various commercial projects. In these projects the client has usually requested one of two views of the proposed development either for public display or to get a better understanding of how the development looks during the design process.

Brief: This section contains a selection of images each hopefully illustrating the general ambiance of their respective development

Brief: We were commissioned to provide a photomontage study of a proposed FAS training site. In the first two images we have outlined in red that which is hidden of the proposed buildings along with the proposed crane. In the 3rd image we have also attached the existing photograph along with the proposed montaged version of the proposed entrance.

Brief: These are 100% computer generated images (CGIs). For phase 1 of the development by Kalkon Properties my client requested 5 or 6 images suitable for marketing in the form of printed brochures. An aerial image was created along with an image of each house type.

Brief: Two to three images were required from our client. These images were to illustrate the exclusive nature of this high quality development in one of Galway's most sought after locations.

Brief: These interior images are totally computer generated. We were asked to produce images that reflected the space and light that was synonymous with the location and the development as a whole. Brief:

Glenman Corporation approached 3d Graphic House Ltd to produce photo montages that would help to illustrate the compatibility of the proposed developments on either side of London Rd. When first commissioned to carry out the study it was early spring. The winter light and lack of summer foliage was not kind to the images so to counter this a selection of summertime images was completed to compliment the winter views.

Brief:

For this project 3d graphic house were approached by the client to supply photo montage images of a proposed extension to the rear of the existing building. A number of views were produced for the client. We were able to model and produce visualisations from the original design as drawn by the architect.

There followed a series of small amendments and adjustments to the plans. The client was able to view the project in a photorealistic format as it progressed. This technique helps elimate costly mistakes at the building stage of the development.

Brief: For this study our client required a view of the proposed site which would illustrate how two additional cottages would co-exist with the existing development.

Brief: In this present economical climate it is now even more important to have value for money. This is a new section which showcases work which does not involve as much detailed work as a 'perspective' 3d image. There is no 3d modeling involved there for it more than halves the cost for our clients. The following images were produced using only the front elevation supplied by the architect. From the Dwg. file or Dxf. file the image was made to look reasonably realistic by digital editing only. (Photo editing software). This method is quick to produce and costs less. Brief: Our client required a photo montage as part of a planning application to illustrate the proposed extension within its new setting.

Brief: The brief for this project was to furnish our client with an alternative layout for a showroom/display area. The design of the showroom was extrapolated and developed by 3d Graphic House from the original dwg. files as supplied by the architect. The images and design were to loosely illustrate a potential display area for the vans and cars of Mercedes and Opel.
